• Job Details:- In charge of accounting transactions at Dammam Branch. - Accounts payable. - Accounts receivable. - Responsible of customer accounts (accounts receivable) , checking their invoices for new orders and current services subscription. - Responsible of collection recording and update customer SOA upon every transaction and their balance confirmation for each quarter. - Responsible of accounting approval for each new order as per customer credit and aging reports. - In charge of most administrative processes for the branch.

• Job Details:- Responsible for purchases order from United States. - Responsible for inventory and its transactions. - Responsible for sales to franchises at Saudi Arabia. - Responsible for all accounting transactions such as AR , AP , payroll , customs and taxes. - Preparing weekly & monthly reports to CEO for sales , purchasing , cash flow and budgets.
