• Job Details:• Supervise employees during shift and store closing • Train and coach new and existing employees on store policies, procedures, and standards • Ensure tasks get accomplished in a timely fashion • Ensure that backroom inventory management initiative is to standard at all times • Assist front store manager to ensure all product-related processes are implemented effectively • Resolve customer complaints and answer inquiries • Communicate expected delivery with staff to develop an action plan • Role model and monitor adherence to receiving principles focusing on sorting techniques • Assist the front store manager in adherence to all marketing programs and initiatives, which may include: 1) Retail price management 2) Planograms, core programs, and merchandising techniques 3) Flyer implementation and local advertising initiatives • Create and maintain proper displays to reflect seosanal and promotional programs • Ensure value events are set-up and taken down according to schedule • Responsible for replenishment orders in the absence of Front Store Manager • Build strong relationships with customers and external vendors

Claims AdjusterFull Time

• Job Details:• Provide prompt, courteous, accurate and fair claims service to all customers, internal and external • Manage auto telephone claims with full handling • Achieve and maintain the appropriate service levels on claims handling and customer service expectations. • Fully explain the claim process to all customers in a way they’ll easily understand • Confirm whether claims are covered under a customer’s policy • Ensure all claims are promptly investigated • Work with the customer and preferred vendors to determine the best way to resolve the claim • Maintain detailed file records by entering pertinent data into the appropriate systems • Process claims payments within your authority level Initiate salvage and subrogation procedures on assigned claims • Achieve the targeted number of assigned claims per year, while living the company’s core values and meeting competencies • Achieve and maintain a file disposition rate of 100% on a monthly basis
