• Job Details:To manage and develop Mobile Commerce Service QR operation team will hold the whole responsibility for all acquired wallet merchants; this includes the merchant registration and activation process in addition to the merchant daily support and operation handling Leading QR Back Office team toward area objectives and KPIs. Ensure, Manage & Responsible of handling E2E cycle of the service activation starting from registration, delivering it to Back Office Team & ensure applying CBE regulations before delivering it to the partner bank. Responsible of creating business plans to handle customer complaints as a second line. Vendor management including Courier, Partner Bank, MasterCard, and Financial partners. Ongoing enhancement for BO handling AHT & complaints FCR. Supporting management by providing proper service insight reflected in monthly, Weekly & YTD Dashboards on the KYCs progress. Responsible for updating database daily to stand on process performance & evaluate gaps to close them proactively. Ensure team efficiency on team-assigned tasks. Responsible on BO involved in running projects. Ongoing process enhancements and projects initiations that would serve the Back Office daily work. End to end of responsibility for product features
