• Job Details:• Process and Operation Engineer in Ammonium Sulfate producing plant during regular operation, shutdown and start-up. • Responsible for activities that include: Binder handling, drum granulation, Drum drying, screening, powder handling, Spraying, and bulk packaging. • Supervise the shutdown procedures and activities. • Troubleshoot problems associated with manufacturing processes. • Conduct Purging for all systems. • Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality. • Review daily production Reports and Permits. • Conduct mechanical running tests thru approved vendor procedures with mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical Departments • Execute tasks assigned by the production manager related to the preparation and execution of turnaround. • Interface with engineering disciplines performing their activities. • Adjust Operational Parameters through distributed control system (DCS). • Reviewed flow, mass & energy balance calculations for various process stages.
