• Job Details:Information Technology Specialist: I’ve worked as an IT-Specialist at Leaders Training Center more the 2 years , Managing Branches (UAE – Egypt – Jordan – Morocco – KSA – Amman – Malaysia – London – USA) remotely from Egypt with their technical needs. •••Maintaining our Software and Hardware Specs and Solutions. •••Making solutions for our Department and our customers in any Technical matter. •••Over-all Monitoring and filtering In-bound data. •••Developing a better performance in which way that suits every Employee comfort. •••Designing a decent network with low budget and high quality performance. •••Installing a local server for Exchange and Data storage that wouldn’t affect the Devices Performances. •••Constantly Consulting with my Colleague for their needs. •••Repairing / Recovering damaged and lost data. •••Making a Full Technical work-shop for every single Employee in all branches wither introducing a new technology on the field or Educate and Instruct an old one. •••Always up-to-date with modern Techs for testing and implementing •••Installing a various amount of OSs ( starting with XP – Vista – 7 – 8 – 8.1 – 10 – windows server with all versions ) for testing and ensuring the best output performance •••Dealt with CCtv, fingerprint and all related security Tech. I’m a Good Team player and always eager to learn new stuff even if it were out of my comfort zone.
