• Job Details:• Manage Pyramids Heights site, Facility management, HES, and Admin operation. • Organize the department’s goals according to the vision and mission of the organization. • Create the department’s budget according to the organization's directions. • Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements with the outsourced service providers. • Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations. • Supervising teams of staff across different divisions (in-house or outsourced team). • Hires and trains maintenance employees to carry out specialized duties and ensures adequate staffing across all sites. • Implement employee transportation project. • Allocate office space according to needs. • Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. • Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs. • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes. • Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers. • Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost savings. • Verify payment and invoicing match contract pricing.
