- Job Details:√ • Tasks: • Collect the variables from the locations and create the transaction sheet for reviewing. • Create a payroll manual sheet to review with the system. • Review the payroll manual sheet with the system. • Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including editing the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, and any deductions, or compensation. • Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay-slips. • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, or assignments. • Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy • Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy. • Create the transfer sheet the upload it on Bank’s site. • Answer the employees’ requirements related to the salaries. √ •Personnel Tasks: • Administer personnel procedures in accordance with employee agreements including new hires. • Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and building a strong relationship with them. • Handle employees' insurance procedures by delivering insurance checks to Insurance Authority and preparing Forms 1,2 and 6. • Preparing social insurance Forms 1,2 and 6 manually and online by the Token. • Review monthly on social insurance, medical insurance, and renewal contracts. • Maintain Employee Data on Success factors (adding new hires, deactivating leavers, adjusting changes). • Handle both the hiring and resignation process. • Update and upload overtime, deductions, mobile discounts, advances loans, and medical deductions on SAP. • Handle the employees’ life cycle through SAP, starting hiring and position creation till separation. • Follow up on the renewal contracts for the employees manually and by the system. • Change the positions in social insurance offices. • Create HR letters.
