• Job Details: Responsibility for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of a project.  Agreeing project objectives  Representing the client's or organization’s interests  Providing advice on the management of projects  Organizing the various professional people working on a project  Carrying out risk assessment  Making sure that all the aims of the project are met  Making sure the quality standards are met  Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors  Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained  Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing  Supervision works for various industrial Facilities and testing of all mechanical equipment, piping and control systems to include underground utilities, fire protection, above ground utilities (steam, water, and air), HVAC and process systems.  Professional Engineering approval for Mechanical materials submittals, shop drawings (SDS), Material inspection request (MIR), Inspection request (IR), Invoices, Variation orders (VO), As Built and manual operations.  Professional Engineering approval of work performed under direct supervision and prepare snag list.  Coordinate with contractors (Civil, mechanical and electrical) during execution and prepare consolidated time line on MS project.

: Senior Mechanical EngineeringFull Time

• Job Details: Supervision the installation and testing of all mechanical equipment, piping and control systems to include underground utilities, fire protection, above ground utilities (water, air), HVAC and process systems.  Review and submit the technical submittals and Shop drawing.  Review all Contractor submittals related to his discipline addressing Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance With Project objective.  Responsible to handle testing and commissioning equipment.  Handover all projects to Qatar Civil defense department (QCDD).  Report directly to the Project manager.  Implementing plans and direction of site management.  Coordination with subcontractors and other disciplines.  Follow up with suppliers / sub-contractors.  Solving the technical Problems with the consultant through workshops  Attending the Progress meeting with the consultant and the Client representative  Preparation of daily progress reports.  Preparation of daily activities and analyzing / improving site methodology of execution.  Follow up project schedules.  Control of site production rates and distribution of resources.  Quantity take-off including preparation of price analysis cost comparison،Estimate quantities And cost of materials، equipment، labor to determine economic feasibility of the project.  Implementation of the works of infrastructure (Ductile iron pipes and HDPE pipes For firefighting network, HDPE for Domestic water network, UPVC for Sewage network.  I was working as an Estimation Engineer one year in estimating Fire Protection Systems and Fire Alarm system based on NFPA & Civil Defence Standard.

Site Mechanical EngineeringFull Time

• Job Details:  Received all shop drawing from technical office and compare with the design to check with site, Start with the external networks،water tank of the project and builder work of building.  Implementation of the works of infrastructure (Ductile iron pipes and HDPE pipes for Fire Fighting network، HDPE for Domestic water network, UPVC for Sewage network and irrigation network.  Implementation of the works of infrastructure (pre-insulated pipes for chilled water network to feeding from chiller yard to Air Handling Units).  Installing & Operation of Pump room of (fire fighting،domestic and irrigation system) for the project.  HVAC works (DX units ,splits and ventilation of bathroom(  Supervision the installation of (CO2) system for electric room and (FM 200) for IT room.  Erection of two submersible pumps to take the water from storm network to the Nile (Lift station).  Some of the most important projects: Some of the most important projects:  PROJECT NAME: SODIC  Installing of the Seamless pipes works for HVAC from 1 Inch to 30 Inch.  Installing of Galvanized sheet metal duct with all accessories.  Installing of 38 Air handling unite and 10-fan coil unit with all accessories.  Installation & Operation of Engine room with five chillers &four cooling towers with all secondary, primary and condensing pumps (test and commissioning)
