• Job Details:Associate Senior Manger Cost and Technical Office at MNHD August 2022 - Present Egypt - Cairo -Zone T Construction and Infrastructre of 300 (Tawn villa -Villa _ Resdintial Buildings) - Hill International Project Manger -ACE Supervising Consultancy - Investmint of 2 Bilion EGP. -Sarai S1-S2- Cavana- Construction and Infrastructre of 400 (Tawn villa -Villa _ Resdintial Buildings) -Hill International Project Manger -ECG Supervising Consultancy - Investmint of 2 Bilion EGP. 1-Assist client in the design changes decision making considering its cost impact. 2-Participate in the selection of the procurement strategies and the contract types. 3-Preparing tender documents for limited packages and send RFPs for the shortlist contractors in order to evaluate their financial proposal and provide tender report recommendation to the client. 4-Ensuring that the terms of the contract relevant to the Cost are followed and managing supplemental agreements. 5- Liaise with the client’s business development team for updating the budget. 6- Verification of contractors’ advanced, interim, and final payments according to contract conditions and applying liquidated damages if any. 7- Valuation of variation orders and utilizing negotiation skills to achieve the maximum applicable cost saving for our client without any prejudice to the client’s rights during the variations process. 8-Evaluate and assist all the cost claims submitted by the contractors in compliance with their contracts. 9-Attendne all related commercial meetings. 10- Liaise with the Client’s procurements department on the valuation of the cost related to free issue items and the better way to apply either to buy by themselves or not. 12- Providing monthly cost reports, Risk assessments report, and maintaining cash flow forecasts.
