• Job Details:• Study assigned portion/system/division of the Tender in case of completion and feasible to start the bid study with and reports (Review project specifications and Bill of Quantity against project drawings to ensure accuracy of all estimates produced). • Check tender documents completeness and classify tender documents as per departments scope. • Review and prepare inquiries (RFQs) to suppliers/sub-contractors. • Manage associated cost preparation, breakdown responsibilities. • Prepare Technical Proposal for assigned portion and reports. • Build Profit & Loss scenarios (worst / best case scenarios). • Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order. • Prepare comparative analysis documents related to specs, price, delivery condition.
