- Job Details:1. Responding to inquiries and handling complaints received from international exchange companies and banks related to fund transfers and their accounts at our institution. 2. Allocate tasks and requests received from the exchange companies to the concerned departments, branches and ensure those tasks are executed in a timely manner to keep quality of the service and ensure smooth and easy processes and maintain high level of customers’ satisfaction. 3. Using ACH and Swift systems to check the status of the transfers and provide feedback to the exchange companies. 4. Handling individual customers’ complaints and inquiries related to their remittances. 5. Posting entries, reconciliation and matching tasks for many of the digital bank services related to digital payments. 6. Occasionally providing presentations and shadowing with newcomers
