• Job Details:Achieving the company policy to produce safe and high quality food through leading a team of technicians and works to: 1) follow up the HACCP plan of each product. 2) check all GMPs and GHPs to match company requirments. 3) follow up documentation for the previous steps. - I am responsible for the pest control program and all the communications with the pest control company. - communicating with other departments for anything affecting food quality or food safety. Qualifications and skills required: - good knowledge about HACCP system also good knowledge about applied food quality and safety systems applied like ISO 22000 and YUM system. - suitable computer skills "specially excel" - personality that allows you to lead a team. - multitask oriented personality. - good english language (both speaking and writing).
