• Job Details:Managing, directing, and monitoring the overall performance of the tender team/estimators to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, and profitability for the organization. Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding. Reviewing the final direct cost pricing. Reviewing all tenders’ conditions of contracts and coordinating with the contract department. Preparing logistics plan, attending client commercial meetings. Reviewing the tender project time schedule and coordinating with planning department. Preparing indirect study and markups analysis for each project. Preparing budgets for all in-hand projects and monitoring the executed rates from the procurement department. Coordinating and planning all client presentations required as part of the bid submission. Working closely with project managers and design managers. Responsible for joint venture, consortiums, and subcontractors’ agreements during the tender stage. Lead the price negotiation for all packages and open bids at the client premises.

Electrical Estimation Team Leader

• Job Details:Supervision for the electrical team output in stage of studying tender documents such as specifications, BOQs, method of measurements and drawings. Review the technical packages for each system & prepare requests of quotation. Review the take-off accuracy for lumpsum projects or lumpsum items. Review the technical and commercial comparison sheets for each package. Represent the company in all official meetings with suppliers & subcontractors to negotiate with them to get the most reasonable prices. Represent the company in all official meetings with clients at final negotiation meeting to finalize the deal.

MEP Technical Office Manager

• Job Details:Study of contract scope, specifications, construction drawings and inspection procedures. Submitting technical submittals and shop drawings. Prepare quantity take-offs and specifications for purchase of project procurement and materials. Perform inspection of materials. Follow up time schedules and execution progress. Prepare the client & subcontractors invoices. Prepare cash flow for the project. Study variation orders study and cost claims.
