• Job Details:Coordinate and follow up on preventative maintenance on refrigeration units, plumbing, electrical, overhead doors, and any other mechanical systems. • Manage contract engineering services. • Respond to emergencies; • Evaluate team members’ individual performances to ensure quality operations, and investigate any and all accidents caused by team members, and prepare relevant reports. • Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems; • Comply with all safety procedures and requirements; • Maintain compliance to City, County, State ordinances and codes; • Support development of facilities standards that would benefit the entire organization • Support and maintain Facilities performance reporting and facilities Project KPIs • Review and maintain maintenance logs and maintenance budgets, and complete any and all documentation necessary to the completion of a task. • Advising on energy efficiency

Electrical Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Preparing quantity and construction cost estimates as required. • Read and understand the construction drawings as per the specification and standard & job requirements. • Prepare the shop drawing for the lighting, power, telephone, TV, intercom, CCTV, access control & fire alarm as per specification and coordinate with all other related works. • Coordinate with all MEP works and installation on job sites supervised all installation involved in electrical specifications including change orders. • Attend meetings with Project Managers, Project Engineer, and Consultant in case of delay, change of drawings and unavailability of material and suggest suitable solution.
