• Job Details:1. Implements the Business Plan Deployment Process for the team (SPQRCE). 2. Lead all forms of Problem-solving activities to improve the plant quality metrics. 3. Grow the Awareness and Use of Red X Strategies for the Total Site 4. Lead all forms of data analysis, Pareto, control charts, to drive focus for problem solving. 5. Manage duties according to safety perspectives. 6. Support with Q. Operations and Q. Assurance to Lead 5F and Fast response meeting to discuss daily defects and the countermeasures to sustain improvements. 7. Active participation in Current Product Improvement Process (CPIP), and Warranty Parts Analysis Center Process (WPAC) to ensure proper issue resolution. 8. Ensure VOC Metrics have Sufficiency Plans Developed. 9. Leading effective quality circle reviews with production shops to ensure quality targets achieved. 10. Drive Warranty Reduction Initiatives.
