• Job Details:*Senior Accounts payable Accountant* -Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests -Reconcile accounts payable transactions -Prepare analysis of accounts -Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date -Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues -Maintain vendor files -Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries -Produce monthly reports -Provide supporting documentation for audits -Follow up supplier account data, make monthly adjustments or at least every three months to ensure that balances match Responsible for calculating the cost of all shipments and goods of import -Responsible for establishing cost averages for all company's items *Deputy Purchasing Manager* - Management and development of a team of procurement officers - Develop strategic guidance and plans to improve procurement - Organize the course and ensure that the requests are timely - Maintain relationships with suppliers and assist procurement management to resolve issues - Maintain and analyze all records, purchase date, claims, payments, due amounts, - Approve all purchase orders - Managing monthly payment process for suppliers - Provision, measurement and evaluation of information on key performance of the team - Monitor pending purchase orders and inform the Product Management Team for action - Dealing directly with the purchasing department of the accounts of major suppliers. - Responsible for creating, sending and following up all purchase orders - Responsible for sales analysis to ensure that do not buy excess goods - Planning delivery timetables - Ensuring stores have enough stock - Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand - Overseeing the ordering and packaging process - Monitoring stock levels - Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination - Overseeing arrival of shipments
