Logistics and Purchasing Manager:-Full Time

• Job Details:1- Responsible of logistics for both of import & local purchasing operations 2- Responsible of foreign purchasing for all brands of Security cameras, Accessories, ups, etc. 3- Responsible of signing contract with suppliers to secure the stock needed with best prices. 4- Responsible for tracking stock balances and receiving weekly reports from heads Stores to develop a plan and coordinate with the sales department to work out the monthly plan for external procurement and coordination with suppliers. 5- Responsible of follow up suppliers' balances and following up settlement and payment of their dues in coordination with the accounts department. 6- Responsible of all cross shipments. 7- Responsible of handling and follow up all customer’s request. 8- Follow ups with accounts department the balances of customer’s accounts. 9- Prepare documentation, receipts, bills of lading, arrival notes and Form 4, Approvals, etc. 10- Contact and follow up the shipments from worldwide suppliers up to all of final destinations. 11- Follow up customer’s feedback and problems. 12- Develop plans and strategies by coordinating with the assistants to achieve the goals. 13 -Negotiate pricing with shipping lines, airfreight agents, freight forwarders and transportation contractors.

Logistics Operations (Imp. & Exp.) and foreign purchasing managerFull Time

• Job Details:1- Obtain a new customers in worldwide, especially in Africa, Middle East & Far East 2- Attend the international exhibitions 3- Responsible of logistics and export processes 4- Responsible of pricing and offers 5- Responsible of export Sales and follow up all customers request 6- Follow ups with accounts department the balances of customer’s accounts 7- Prepare documentation, dock, receipts, bills of lading and export declaration 8- Follow up customers feedback and problems 9- Develop plans and strategies by coordinating with the assistants to achieve the goals 10-Negotiate pricing with shipping lines, airfreight agents, freight forwarders and transportation contractors.
