• Job Details:• Business related functions (Demand Planning, Production Planning, MRP, Inventory Management and Production Activity Control). • Develop and manage the monthly forecasting process for the Trade SKUs. • Revise forecasting and recommend changes on a monthly basis based on actual usage, trends, new products, and product phase-outs. • Advise Commercials, Marketing, and Finance on problems and significant variances between existing forecasts and actual demand, through continuous analysis. • Identify historical outliers using basic statistical methods through demand filtering. • Develop and implement the annual RCCP & materials requirements planning, staffing product sourcing, and warehousing needs to meet/achieve the annual budgets. • Manage the MPS & MRP Plant for Raw and Packing to ensure the right product mix is produced on time and in accordance with sales requirement and operation constrains. • Lead monthly demand review meeting with stakeholders to align demand/sales target and identify opportunities and risks areas. • Coordinates cross functional resolution of day to day issues related to supply and demand discrepancies, and drive solutions for the potential issues such as excess material/inventory and shortage of supply.
