  • Job Details: Direct IT projects and technical activities across multiple project sites.  Identify and resolve business needs to achieve organizational goals  Manage strategic planning to optimize resources  Improve throughputs and enhance system performance parameters.  Lead a high-performing technical team of Engineers  Infrastructure Specialist, and Technical Support to Develop and implement standard operating procedures. Review network layouts, resolve equipment redundancies and improve network reliability and flexibility.  Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT group including downtime, reporting service levels, defining and tracking IT operational metrics and provide status to management  Define procedures in the wide range of technologies: Server platform, Operating Systems, Virtualization platform, etc.  Develop and maintain overall backup and recovery strategy (Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity)
