• Job Details:Managing 20 Outlets of Home Delivery.  Managing 180 Employees,3 area managers, 1 Call center Manager and 19 supervisors.  Establishing and Creating new Concept of home delivery service for all branches.  Creating and Maintain customers data base.  Analyze customer data to maximize the potential selling opportunities.  Oversee and handle all B2C as well as B2B orders. Responsible for ensuring that all orders are being properly processed.  Negotiating with the customer B2B and moving the business to the agreed upon margins.  Sales meeting and fulfillment of HORECA clients Coordinating the sales team by managing schedule.  Set policy and procedures of home delivery.  Set home delivery Action Plan and control home delivery staff structure and budget.  Set home delivery sales target.  Increase profitability by studying and controling P & L report.  Building a creative environment for the creative team to work in and overseeing ideas and projects.  Effectively coaches and gives feedback to direct reports to help develop talent and support career development.  Setting standard to enhance service quality and increase customer loyalty.  Evaluate routinely staff performance by using KPIs and Discuss the results with staff to improve performance.  Executing different types of staff training to improve staff competency& productivity.  Handle approx 540-600 order / day – 16200 – 18000 order/month 180– 220 data base customers feedback / day.

Home Delivery Area ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Managing 7 Outlets of Home Delivery.  Train and Develop Staff Skills.  Setting standard to enhance service quality and increase customer loyalty.  Evaluate routinely staff performance by using (KPIs).  Discuss the results of the KPIs with staff to improve performance.  Icnrease profitability by studying P&L report and controling KPIs.  Executing different types of staff training to improve staff competency& productivity.  Handle approx. 240-300 order / day – 7200 – 9000 order/month.  Handle approx. 120– 180 data base customers feedback / day.  Manages approx. 54 - 60 employees and 18-20 vehicles.  Ensure compliance and updating zoning in each area to assure the speed of service.  Build and Maintain open and positive relations with all divisions of the company to ensure that company policies and procedures are clearly implemented through proper communication.  Make a daily check list for each branch to evaluate its performance to set action plan.
