• Job Details:Space planning and retail floor plans in CAD. Take ownership of design briefs; develop from concept through to completion. Prepares as-built drawings and technical drawings. 3D visualization of retail interiors and fixtures. Finalize designs and ensure the effective handover to the graphics team. Liaise with the production team in finalizing construction/installation.

3D Creative Designer & Visualizer

• Job Details:Work with the senior design team/management while helping guide the junior team. Take ownership of design briefs; develop from concept through to reality. Conduct site surveys when required. Deliver required designs within tight deadlines. Effectively manage design amendments in line with the client’s requirements. Manage relationships both internally and externally, ensuring a regular channel of communication.

Landscape Architectural Designer

• Job Details:Creating plans, designs, and drawings using computer-aided design programs. Surveying sites. Advising on matters to do with environmental conservation. Discussing requirements with clients. Writing reports. Producing contracts and estimated costs. Presenting proposals to clients for approval and agreeing time-scales. Overseeing projects as they progress.
