• Job Details:Senior Maintenance Planner and preparation engineer Jan 2023 – until now, El-Minya Royal Cement •Analyze Spare parts for Kiln, Coal Vertical Mill, Utilities, Raw mill on SAP ERP. •Make completely maintenance plan for Preventive maintenance activities during kiln overhauls, including job tasks, durations, manpower and spare parts. •Participate on yearly mechanical budget estimation. •Authored Weekly PM schedules of equipment stoppage. •Create material for new spare parts with technical specification (Type, drawing no., part no. …etc.). • Control and Follow-Up Spare Parts Stock Plan starting from purchasing cycle till consumption, Regular follow up for Stock on hand, Over Stock, Under Stock, and Stagnated Stock. •Make technical evaluations for spare parts and send it to procurement team to create PO. • Prepare and support the procurement team to find a local supplier as alternate for the foreign one which could impact the spare parts cost and delivery time. •Inspect and follow up the coming spares to confirm the quality and specification. •Reduced spare parts cost, improved spare parts availability, increased preventivе maintenance rate. Junior Maintenance planner and preparation engineer Royal Cement April 2021- December 2022, El-Minya • Responsible of Spare parts for Kiln, Coal Vertical Mill, Utilities, Raw mill (Planning, Scheduling and Spare Parts). • Maintenance planning and scheduling activities required for Preventive maintenance for the Daily, weekly, Monthly maintenance, including job tasks, durations, manpower and spare parts. • Presenting Weekly PM schedules of equipment stoppage. • Enhancing preventive maintenance program. • Create purchasing requests on SAP system for spare parts. • Create new SAP codes with complete specifications to enhancing purchasing process. • Follow up for fabricated items at plant workshop and make quality control for it before installing at site. • Make weekly plan for fabricated items at workshop.
