• Job Details:Work closely with senior management to develop strategic plans for growth. * Review the maintenance plans of company plants by help of equipment manuals. * Generate Work orders/Job orders, work requests, ISR, OSR to manage maintenance operations and help monitor the variety of resources spent on maintenance and follow up its statues. * Prepare and update the yearly master plan for the preventive maintenance schedule and prepare and update the monthly PM schedule. * Conduct Key performance indicator (KPI) to measure and monitor operational performance across and measure a company’s success vs. a set of targets. * Prepare and update the new fixed asset in the system and update the system with reallocation the fixed asset at its right location. * Follow the corrective maintenance process with maintenance departments and analyze the fundamental reasons that the failure accrued to avoid it happening again. * Conduct visual inspection for the new projects and monitor the items issues vs. the BOQ or BOM

• Job Details:# Review, check & understand project documents (BOQ, Specs, DWGs). # develop offers & quotations to efficiently meet the clients requirements. # send RFQ to Agents and suppliers. # create the financial offers and technical offers. # create shop drawings & submittals.
