Project objectives: : Constructing a complete residential complex with 70 buildings from the beginning of the work of soil, excavation and backfilling, complete concrete works, finishing works for the units. Formal delivery of the client and receipt of an official report from the client on the correctness of the works and their conformity with the technical specifications as stated in the contract ,performing performance reports periodically ,as well as accounts of subcontractors sub contractors, maintaining performance indicators in terms of cost and schedule, as well as calculating the expected cost of the project based on performance reports . Project title: : Constructing a complete residential complex with 24 buildings 6 Oct city -Giza- Egypt (88,000,000 EGY-P). Project objectives: : Constructing a complete residential complex with 9 buildings from the beginning of the work of soil, excavation and backfilling, complete concrete works, finishing works for the units. Conduct a daily audit on the works to ensure that they meet the technical specifications and validate any change requests.
