• Job Details:• Coordinate events logistics including publishing, public relations, advertising productions, material designs and distributions. • Keeping the system updated in real time with all needed information. Duties: • Planning, implementation and follow up for all events. • Coordinate events logistics including publishing, public relations, advertising productions, material designs and distributions. • Create a post event evaluation report. • Supervise and coordinate with event contractors. • Project planning for each event including budgeting and monitoring. • Work closely with the creative lab team for all events concepts, ideas, creations, and executions.
