• Job Details:1- Preparing car deals for each dealer and review dealer’s finance statement before issuing invoices. 2-Submitting car deals to the finance department and follow up with them till the release of the car’s invoices then send it to dealers and the locations. 3- Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation. 4- Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries. 5- Resolving any sales related issues with customers 6- Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports. 7- Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history of the car. 8- Making quarterly and annual Reports and presentations for our department sales and situation.
