• Job Details:• Monitor Actual Costs vs Budget • Drive the Forecasting process with Project Managers • Perform Variance Analysis Report on Monthly Basis • Perform Financial Dashboard for The Region projects using Power BI • Drive Month, Quarter and Year Closing • Perform Revenue Walk against Annual operation Plan • Drive and lead Weekly District Projects Financials Meeting • Drive War rooms before for the district to ensure achieving Revenue and Billing targets. • Assist in Budget allocation • Track Indirect Cost VS Direct Cost • Follow on FX Revaluation and GR/IR Reclass • Perform Billing plan for the Project • Maintain Invoices records for tracking • Monitor Unbilled Aging • Track and assist in any change order or Variation order • Perform Unbilled Analysis Report • Participate in estimate review process prior to jobs or contracts being quoted to ensure estimates are correct • Assists the Project team with resource planning • perform any Cost Analysis Studies • Attend and participate in Regional Calls
