• Job Details:-Reviews accounts payables , weekly check runs and approve payment vouchers and journal entries -Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits. -Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions. -Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations -Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts -Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls. -Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements. -Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. -Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives. -Ensuring the corrective accounting Treatment. -Oversee the accounting operations, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures. -Maintain an orderly accounting filing system. -Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
