• Job Details:Preparing orders for raw materials with our suppliers. Following up with planning sector about materials plan & stock levels. Arranging shipping process and documentation with sppliers & freight forwarders. Update our warehouse with schedule of containers arrivals. Keep updating with the Egyptian Government & Customs Authorities for any new issue documents for our import shipments. B) Export : Looking for new customers to open new markets. Following up with our customers about the new orders. Give the expert orders to our production sector . Following up with inspections companies to issue tests reports needed from our customers. Make booking with shipping line & freight forwarders for Export shipments. Following up with our customs broker about all documents needed and customs procedures. Following up with our finance about our customers payments. Sending all the original documents for shipments to our customers. Monitoring shipments schedules and arrival dates. Studying any complaints received from our customers.
