Customer Service Representative (Front Desk)Full Time

• Job Details:• Greets and checks-in all members as they enter the gym. • Greets and registers guests. • Answers the phone using the correct greeting and assists callers as needed. • Processes all transactions at the Point of Sale register. • Assists members with all inquiries. • Ensure that guest and appointments are directed to the appropriate Fitness Consultant in a professional manner. • Reserve time or make appointments for special classes or other activities sponsored by the gym. • Maintains a clean and orderly front desk/lobby area. • Ensures that front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiry, Guest Registration, Cash Handling, Replacement of Member ID Card, Delinquent Account Procedures, Account Change requests. • Projects a polished, professional image at all times. • Provides a superior level of customer service to members and guests. • Logs all maintenance concerns that are reported and direct it to the Maintenance Manager. • Handling any problems or complains raised by the members. • Notifies management of gym incidents that require incident reports. • Performs a variety of duties including filing paperwork, folding towels, doing walk-thru’s of the facility or any other duties as assigned by the Operation or General Manager.

• Job Details:*Responsible for showing cars to clients who visit the showroom. *Demonstrating the features of various models, answer inquiries and offer advice about sizes of engines and other features. *Advise which car would suit the client best according to his requirements and interests. *Responsible for apprise and negotiating financing options and warranties. *Accompany test drivers to answer inquiries that arise on the road. *Check the performance of cars and determine whether they like driving them. *Responsible for handling any problems or complains raised by the clients.
