• Job Details:Provide leadership to the overall finance organization including overseeing international teams in the operated jv’s. Responsible for a team of 12 accountants. Responsible for group financial planning process and delivery of group annual budget and quarterly forecast. Production of monthly management pack to the board and kpi reporting. Manage a group month/quarter/year end close. Responsible for timely delivery of 10 jersey and 1 uk subsidiary financial accounts and tax return submissions. Overseeing the preparation of annual group financial statements. Lead the annual group audit process by closely working with external auditors. Responsible for jv financial reporting under psc and joa frameworks - overseeing jv reporting, cost recovery and partners audits. Manage daily group cash flow, overseeing short term cash flow model manage accounts payable and treasury operations including responsibility for group invoice processing and payments. Drive improvement process and reporting change according to finance best practices and established industry practice. Develop and maintain financial control policies and procedures. Member of the leadership team. Provide finance guidance and actively contribute to management decision making initiatives. Directly report to group cfo. Support cfo and project team on various financing and business development activities.

Group Asset Finance Manager

• Job Details:Responsible for overseeing all financial and management accounting aspects of the company. Ownership of group financial planning process including consolidation and reporting of group budget and quarterly forecast, preparation of monthly mi and kpi reporting. Responsible for preparation of group and jv budgets overseeing partners reporting, afe reporting, cost recovery, cash calls and jv/group audits. Overseeing group insurance policies. Responsible for the group month end/quarter/year end reporting process manage departmental and group g&a budgeting process; monthly review of actuals against budget /forecast. Manage the group g&a timewriting process and delivery of g&a and timewriting reports to department heads. Leading a team with 2 direct reports.

Senior FP&A Consultant

• Job Details:Overall responsibility for budget and mid-term planning process with particular emphasis on managing cash flow and balance sheet for UK business unit. Developed a system generated cash flow and balance sheet reports. Undertake a review of monthly cash and balance sheet performances, providing timely insight to senior management and managing shareholder requirements supported by key recommendations and corrective actions.
