• Job Details:Responsible for receiving new purchase orders for steel spare parts and preparing all needed documents . - Scheduling shipments received from purchasing departments based on priority and urgency. - Responsible for collecting needed endorsements , needed forms needed to proceed with custom clearance process. - Follow up with clearance companies steps till releasing the shipment. - Follow with transport company since receipt of release letter of shipment till reaching the site. - Responsible preparing and settling all payment requests received from clearance & transport companies related to expenses of released shipments.
