• Job Details:Overseeing the logistics of the department to facilitate the work flow and operations cycle. Planning and managing all procedures related to the stores and supervise all inventory. Participating in the meetings of the Board Directors and expressing opinions on the results, decisions and participation in the formulation of the company's main objectives and plans. Prepare the appropriate budget for the Warehouse department within the limits available. Conducting, (heading if required) the periodic inventory of the stores and submitting report to the financial management. Overseeing the implementation of the Warehouse management system. Submit quarterly based reports identifying evil stock (Dead, Slow-Moving, Expired Stock). Seek operational and trading transactions to reduce the ratio (Evil Stock). Overseeing the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. Granting the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment. Follow-up of occupational safety and health functions related to management. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Job Details:- OVERSEEING THE SAFE RECEIPT, STORAGE, RETRIEVAL AND TIMELY DISPATCH OF GOODS. - PLANNING THE ARRANGEMENT OF GOODS WITHIN THE WAREHOUSE AND ORGANIZE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN STOCK, SUCH AS CHILLED GOODS OR FRAGILE PRODUCTS. - ENSURING THE ACCURACY OF MAINTAINING THE ITEM MASTER ACROSS THE GROUP. - GRANTING THE HEALTH, SAFETY, CLEANLINESS AND SECURITY OF THE WORK ENVIRONMENT. - OVERSEEING INVENTORY REPLENISHMENT PROCESS ACROSS THE GROUP WITH ALL RELATED ANALYSES THAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED. FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE: - MAINTAIN GROUP'S INVENTORY LEVELS. - REVISING THE ROP BASED ON EACH HOSPITAL CONSUMPTION. - REVIEW INVENTORY REPLENISHMENTS FOR ALL HOSPITALS ON MONTHLY BASIS. - SUBMIT MONTHLY REPORTS WITH THE STOCK VALUES BY ITEM CODE AND EACH STORE NAME / CATEGORY TO BE PROVIDED TO THE GROUP DEMAND PLANNER. - SUBMIT MONTHLY REPORTS WITH ALL THE NEAR EXPIRATION AND EXPIRED ITEMS VALUES AND QTY. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT INTEGRATION: - OVERSEEING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW ERP SYSTEM (CLINSYS). - MAINTAINING THE UNIFIED ITEM MASTER. - UNIFICATIONS OF THE GROUP STORES, WAREHOUSE OPERATION. - STANDARDIZING THE WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS AND WORKFLOW ACROSS THE GROUP. - PROVIDE AN INTEGRATED SOLUTION/PLAN & TO ENSURE THAT IT'S IN PLACE. - DEVELOP, ENHANCE AND REVIEW ALL INTERNAL INVENTORY SOP’S. - FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EY & PWC' (EXTERNAL AUDIT OFFICES) RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ADEQUATE PERFORMANCE.
