Identifies and facilitates resolution - partnering with others as appropriate - of employee relations issues (e.g. interpersonal problems, working conditions, complaints, recommendations … etc.). Leads the identification of the business account’s annual manpower needs, and maintains an updated organizational structure of the account with relevant job descriptions. Leads the implementation of the account’s Internship program. Serves as primary liaison for implementation of the account’s benefits programs between the employees and the HR Shared Service Center. Maintain proper control of time & vacation management, and personnel hiring procedures in terms of collecting recruitment documentation.
