 Develops new sales opportunities, pursues sales leads and addresses the needs of larger accounts.
 Provide input on new service offerings based on customer feedback and industry trends to anticipate future customer demands.
 Facilitate communication between customers, ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC Sales and technical support within the business unit to meet customer expectations.
 Maintain a high level of customer Satisfaction through deep knowledge of customer's needs and specific requirements.
 Carry out sales negotiations within framework of established price, terms and payment conditions and commercially closing the contract.
 Develop Monthly, Quarterly & annually sales reports and present it to senior management.
 Represent ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC at targeted trade shows and industry events.
 Provide support for deal processes, including deal structuring, contract negotiation, and overall communication with internal and external parties.
 Manage and monitor all the concerned incoming inquiries/tenders effectively and provide the best possible response to meet customers’ expectations.
 Prepare and update the customers and projects profiles and recommend sales plan and strategy to management.
 Revising the contract`s terms and conditions (Technical & Commercial) before signing it.
 Visit potential and existing customers, travels approximately 30- 40% and attend trade fairs and conferences.
 With experience in France, Belgium, Cyprus, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Russia, Algeria, Tunisia, Portugal, DRC, Nepal, Bangladesh and Georgia.
