• Job Details:Managing the district cooling system of Al Mouj Muscat, one of the leading Majid Al Futtaim communities. Al Mouj is a vital waterfront community with an attractive mixture of facilities (Residential, retail, marina & hotels) Key Deliverables: • All areas of technicalities of the whole district cooling system i.e., DCP, Network, ETSs and metering system (Operations & Maintenance). • Develop a comprehensive and standardized technical scope of work, KPIs and O&M reporting. • Financials (budgeting, P&L, financial analysis). • Procurement (RFPs, tendering, tender evaluation techno commercial reports). • Billing. • Collections (revenue). • Customer service. • Business unit techno-financial modeling. • Technical forecasting & developing long term financial strategy. • Reporting (All kinds of technical and financial high-level reports). • Effective operational strategies to optimize and enhance the business unit technical and financial performance ensuring operational sustainability. • Develop and maintain technical, commercial, financial and administrative database facilitating all kinds of analysis and reporting. • Identify, recommend and develop technical and financial objectives. • Generate technical and financial feasibility studies.
