• Job Details:Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by focusing on their hiring needs and supporting customer solutions by working with Senior recruitment consultants & Manager. Solid understanding of the recruitment talent market by market mapping, searching and sourcing candidates through different channels. Achieving solid relationships with the candidates by contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current and future vacancies. Organizing & optimizing candidates for the client by formating candidate's CVs and putting appropriate candidates forward, submission and feedback of CVs. Time management demonstration & deliver competent information of Interview process by arranging and preparing candidates for interviews. Continuously updating the candidates by communicating client feedback to them. Fully Maintain and update company's database. Ad-hoc duties as requested.
