Delivered over 500 Training Hours on the legal ecosystem of financial technology solutions, including Online Payment Solutions and Services, E-Wallets, OpenBanking, Payment Gateways, POS, blockchain, digital & cryptocurrency, and smart contracts, with FinTech Saudi, Ministry of Communications, Misk Hub, and Flat6Labs. Regularly advise the biggest PSP in the MENA region, Network International on their expansion into the KSA. Acted for the first FinTech SAR50m Equity Crowdfunding Platform (Emkan Arabia) in KSA. Incorporated over SAR2.2b joint ventures.  Advised Riyadh Bank & CreativeDock on $300m digital banking projects. Advise EgyptAir and Network International on their transactional operations. Currently advise a $9m blockchain payment service provider in association with the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah.
