Achievements
Providing Energy Saving Plan for PACOL Unit, with 7% operating cost reduction through optimizing the heat transfer equipment performance without any additional costs. Development of Fired Heaters Performance Indicator system (HPI) which can evaluate heaters efficiency, losses analysis, tubes skin temperature and Tubes Creep through calculations overcoming the absence of a lot of necessary analyzers and sensors in addition to economic analysis of the equipment. Improving Air coolers performance by applying different techniques to remove tubes external fouling while the unit is online which led to avoid critical operating conditions during hot weather conditions. Appraisal on how to apply (Total Fouling removing Expenses – TFRE) technique to develop a complete plan for Heat Exchangers operation cycle including the optimized cleaning points and selection of the cleaning methodology - results were revised using software (HTRI). Performing of EFEO (EPROM Fired Equipment Optimizer) s
