Arranging Bank Finance, Project Finance Facilities- Funded & non Funded, bank refinancing / additional exposures, working capital management & increase in w/cap., monitoring & cost controls, budgets and cash flow management, Material controls-stock inventories & controls, Statutory compliances with MOL, payroll controls & mechanism, controls on inflow & outflow of funds, optimisations of funds utilisations are all independantly carried out by me.

Client Management

• Client Delivery with respect to TS processing as per the Internal SLA. for all the Funds on Daily Basis.
• Interaction with the Client/ CSS as when there are issues to be resolved, Client dependency on Break clearance, any other process related issues as and when arises.
• Team management and collaboration – Monitoring and guiding in executions of the Tasks by the Team members and leading them in all aspects to overcome the difficulties.
• Ensuring the client requirements as and when arises in addition to the Routine. Ensuring the client expectations are met and co-ordinate with the PSS and CSS as and when required to have smooth functionality.
• Co-ordinate within the Team and cross functionally to meet the client deliverables by providing the highest quality.
• Understand the pain points and tasks that inhibit productivity and propose strategic and suitable methods to overcome the hurdles.

Operational

• Ensure the functionality of Run Book being properly documented and co-ordinate with IT for issues related to the Tasks, Process notes are updated.
• Monitoring, tracking and controlling the scope changes.
• Providing solutions to the complex operational challenges.
• Preparing and maintaining an active Resource allocation plan including allocation for implementation and new clients.
• Train the resources to comprehensively provide knowledge Transfer and create a multiple trained resources for a given client.
• RCA for all the quality issues or major delays are submitted and all the recommendations are implemented.
• Contributed to the standardization of tools and templates and creating them.
• Ensure timely closure of issues, concerns, problems and risks.
• Update the information and submit the management reports on a timely basis.
• Ensure that the time sheets are submitted on timely basis for self and the team
• Strengthen the review by adding the controls as per funds specific.
• Motivate and recognize outstanding contributions by employees and teams. Complete the employee assessments on a periodic basis and ensure that steps are taken for the improvements to match with organizational goals.
• Work closely with the team and monitor, track and control scope, resource allocation/utilization and improvements.
• Managing and communicating organizational, process and technology change of actions to the team.
• Suggest and implement policies and procedures that enhances the quality.
• Ensure that the resources are trained in resolving day to day to day issues and decision making..
• Manage the team to maintain good morale and strong commitment to deliver quality.

e) Planning for the M.E. Activities
f) Suggesting for Planning the Resource Allocation for the New Funds
g) Discuss the impact of the T.G.s w.r.t. client Deliverables.
