• Job Details:• Issue all Work permits required onsite as a permit issuer. • Assist with issuing required job method statement and risk assessment as part of issuing team members “Subject matter experts”. • Issue / update Safety snag list for the whole city buildings. • Issue / update register of fire Suppression systems & Portable fire extinguishers in the whole city buildings. • Issue / update list of required equipment & Its specifications. • Prepare safety requirements for all new tasks after fully communicating with all interested parties. • Issue / develop Chemicals register / COSHH assessment for all used chemicals onsite “Bi-lingual”. • Issue / develop routine / non-routine hazard list for all activities onsite. • Issue / develop work instructions for all activities onsite. • Follow up work to ensure the full adherence of work instructions. • Carry out all site HSE inspections. • Apply safety walks and follow up taken actions on each of findings. • Develop Hazard and effect management process “HEMP” register. • Ensure fully compliance with Waste management procedures. • Review / Update HSE plan, Policies, and procedures. • Issue / Update HSE Training plan / Training matrix according to identified hazards / site needs. • Conduct safety induction training sessions for all newcomers / contractors. • Conduct technical safety training sessions / TBT / LFI for all team members. • Issue / Update PPE matrix as per each of work activities onsite. • Fully coordination with all interested parties while preparing and before starting any of critical tasks onsite. • Review competency certificates for all workers including contractors. • Ensure the adherence of planned 3 parties’ inspections and measurements. • Prepare HSE progress report on monthly basis. • Prepare completion reports for all executed critical tasks. • Investigate / record incidents, accidents, complaints, and illness cases. • Ensure full preparedness for any upcoming audits, surveillances. • Plan and lead Internal audits to all CFM projects to stand on their adherence of HSE Policies and standards. • Assist with required Job risk assessments when required from other CFM projects.
