• Job Details:• Responsible for 6 Lines ( Cans – PET – Glass) Categories and make sure all the line meet their targets and all the maintenance KPI’s ( Net/True Eff. – MTTR/MTBF – R/C – Waste – Planned/Unplanned DT – Cost/CARV – Inventory Value – Budget & Cost Control ) • Leading Team of 8 technicians and coaching 50 operators through the operate maintain tasks • Total productive maintenance & Six Sigma including qualification of: Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems. • Planning & leading the execution of annual overhauling activities: - Execution of our PET SIDEL Line complete overhauling (2019) - Complete Overhauling for our CANS KRONES line (7 Equipment) in only 12 Days (2020) - Complete Overhauling for our fastest CANS KHS line (13 Equipment) with our local team and smooth start up in 3 days (2021) • Troubleshooting & Set actions for corrective & preventive maintenance for production lines as per RCA, Update the Maintenance Plan on SAP PM accordingly • New Equipment inclusion & Creation of a complete maintenance plan (Tasks – Spare Parts – Responsible – Plans ) for our Newest Krones Line on SAP PM according to the OEM recommendation • CQV Leader for the commissioning, qualification and validation for our newest Krones PET Line - Creation and applying for the static & dynamic tests for the equipment’s besides IFTs - Follow up with the Snag list and discuss it with the OEM & our engineering team • Set plan for production line autonomous maintenance (CILT) • Prepared & Conduct training material for the operators on our KHS CAN Filler Machine for the Filling Process, Filling Cycle Timing & troubleshooting for the complete Filling Steps. Spare Parts Management: • Preparing budget and maintaining monthly expenses within planned limits. • Planning the spare parts ordering and maintaining the critical spare parts stock • Order spare parts needed for maintenance activities (overhauls, interventions, etc..) in alignment with R&M & working capital budgets. • Regular Reviewing for the warehouse spare parts (Slow moving, obsolete & high consumption)
