I do hate HR that is limited to filing, documenting, routine work ,I adore the real HR that forces my mind to work , body to move and heart to beat not only that but also make a profit and achieve the strategic objectives of business My Rule in the life is : The Expert in anything was once a Beginner! #just_try I got promoted in my company HSO - Marcyrl corporate which is one of top 10 pharmaceutical companies in Egypt among the companies which already registered in the ministry of health so now I'm responsible for the following tasks: - Manage HR Team in all aspects - Assist My HR director in strategic role of HR department - Follow up Recruitment , Performance management and personnel teams - Responsible for all HRIS ( HR Information system ) process and development - Final HR interviews for Medical representatives - Responsible for signing and follow up all action plans belongs to achievement in sales team - Responsible for the summer training project " The career gate " - Responsible for deliver the on boarding training for the new comers - Responsible for OD functions in HR department
