Responsibilities: • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Ensure that the project team understands all aspects of the prime contract relating to their respective responsibilities, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the prime contract checklist and organizational structure. • Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. • Providing the team with leadership, planning, and coordination through effective communication. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support a collaborative process from inception to completion. • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. • Provide daily technical assistance on project related issues. • Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary. • Visited construction site in Meadowlands, East Rutherford, New Jersey, USA to verify that project deliverables conform to the quality standards established in the quality management plan. • Prepare and share the final project report according to the communications management plan in order to document and convey project performance and assist in project evaluation.

The Group also develops and invests in infrastructure opportunities. http://www.orascom.com/  Cost Control Engineer Responsibilities: - Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. - Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project. - Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work. - Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients - Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget. - Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.
