Supply & Production Planning Manager for Dry Laundry Brands - Pakistan RegionFull Time

• Job Details:-Responsible for Fabric & Home Care across Pakistan, leading several projects with customers and plants to deliver service, cost and cash targets. - Managing daily supply, shipments and replenishment with plant across Pakistan, - Leading the logistics and warehouse teams across Pakistan region plant and distribution center to make sure of smooth shipping. - Delivering month end targets on cash, cost & service for Pakistan. - Working on end to end synchronization projects with the plants & customers to achieve cost and cash saving projects - Leading the new initiative projects at the region by making sure of the phasing in materials availability, in addition to that to deplete the phasing out materials totally to avoid any cost hurt - Managing the non performing inventory (NPI) slow movers, obsolete, defected, and near to be expired stocks. - Ensure process adherence and use of best practices by executing the documented standard work processes and staying in touch with the business on a daily basis. -Leading the short term planning to ensure material available and proper capacity in place to meet the business stretched service, cash and cost target. -Leading the long term supply planning for 18 months to ensure proper cash commitment and capacity to enable volume growth with minimum cost investment.
