• Job Details:Monitoring progress of the project & oversee the running operations of the site. Day-to-day management of the site, including monitoring the site labor force. Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency. Planning and coordinating site works with other disciplines. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork. Managing relationships with different consultants. Reviewing and adjusting shop drawings. Supervising the execution of concrete and finishing works for: 1.Dorrat Al-Karz compound project (The 5th settlement, Cairo). The project consists of: 3 Residential buildings with an area of 350 m2 for the building. 3 Villas with an area of 180 m2 for each villa. 2.People's park project (The new administrative capital). The project consists of: Administrative and service buildings. Mosques and bathrooms. Fences, pump rooms and the general site. 3.The purebred arabian horses project (The new administrative capital). The project consists of: Horse stables and isolation wards. Administrative and service buildings. Fences and the general site. 2 Residential Buildings with an area of 2000m2 & 8 Villas.
