• Job Details:Responsible for production of 3D Construction models from base informationusing Revit MEP.  Provision of construction detailing on the systems to enable the automatic production of isometrics and BOM.  Clash management on Fire Protction systems in Revit MEP and NAVIS.  Design and detailing of Fire protection systems using Auto CAD and Revit MEP.  Adherence to company manuals and processes.  Assistance in the overall development of the BIM protocols and systems.  Development of 3D co-ordinated Fire protection system and structure layouts for clash control uasing NAVIS.  Production of 3D design drawings, prefabrication isometrics and details using Revit MEP.  Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs, co-ordinated building. services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards  Production of 3D design drawings, prefabrication isometrics and details using Revit MEP.  Attend design, client & site meetings as required.  Deal with sub-contractors and client consultants to ensure correct installation.  Co-ordinate installation of Fire protection services with other trades.  Ensure QA/QC compliance.  Creating Parametric and Non-Parametric families for Project needs.  Assigning the work and raising RFI for technical queries.  Reviewing specifications, drawings & documents issued during various design stages to ensure that all comments have been incorporated into these drawings before the next revisions.  Preparing the schematic, riser drawings and load schedules.  Materials take off.
