• Job Details:Key Result Areas:  Efficiently ensured the : - Accuracy in processing customer orders, item retrievals, & dispatches as per defined process flow & maintained all the related records. - Timely renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts with hardware & other warehouse gadgets/equipments.  Oversaw the operations at the ship site and interacted with the clearing & shipping agents for documents required for discharge and liaisioning with NPA and custom authorities for timely discharge of the vessels.  Managed the speeding of the discharge operations on timely basis and avoiding demurrage on vessels, minimization of pilferage at port, and reduction of gifts, developing of PR relations with port authorities.  Played a pivotal role in interacting and submission of the exchange control documents to the banks, the rate of cargo discharge, exemplify gifts and curtail shortages to the minimum.  Conversant with the operating software: SAP.
