• Job Details:• Undertaken Project Re bar Mill, -Capacity-1.4MPTA (Make-Danieli Italy) at Jindal Shadeed Iron and steel LLC, Oman –In charge for Project finalization, Engineering, Procurement, Execution, Erection, and Commissioning. – Commissioning of all the mechanical equipment and their trials. – Attending various problems during commissioning. – Cold trials of Rebar Mill – Hot trials of Rebar mill • Solely Responsible for Mechanical Maintenance of Rebar Mill including Modules, Mandrels, Mechanical equipment, Hydraulics and lubrication systems. • Identify, select & update the required spare part list, it's procurement, cost saving and reverse Engineering. • Managing the mechanical manpower for the area & assigning specific responsibilities according to their experiences and skills. • Member Theory of Constraint for increasing the productivity of the Plant. • Member of Root causes analysis to identify the downtime and their solution with implementation. • Day to day supervision and monitoring the site activities with respect to any deviation, quality and safety. • Attending Breakdowns, Preventive and shutdown jobs for all Mill Mechanical Equipment and Fluid system. • Maintaining routine activities done relevant to company process. Dealing with local stores inventory control. • Making Technical comparatives and suggesting cost saving technical equipment for procurement. • Developing Subordinates and colleges towards mechanical behavior of system. • IMS - Integrated Management system internal auditor. ISO implementation and document control.
