• Job Details:Project Details: Lusail Stadium & Precinct (Iconic Stadium for FIFA world Cup) Client: Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy Project Management Consultant: Time-Qatar Design Consultant: Aurecon Construction Supervision Consultant: Louis Berger (WSP) Project Cost: 800Million QAR(MEP) Role:  Project Management & Coordination.  Reviewing IFC Drawing, Shop Drawing & Materials Specification.  Preparing Method of Statements, Procedures and Getting Approval from Client/Consultant.  Quantity Surveying From the approved Drawings and Preparing Site BOQ.  Requesting Material from Site and Coordinate with Purchase Department to Deliver the Material on Time.  Check IFC Drawings with the Tender Documents.  Compare Discrepancies in Drawings and BOQ and brings to the Notice of Quantity Surveyor.  Raises queries to the consultants for non-clarity of work in the Drawings.  Creates maintains & Updates Format such as material Tracking Schedule, Drawings Status Schedule MAS Schedule RFI Schedule.  Ensures that all the works are done in accordance with the approved Construction Drawings Contract Documents, Project Specifications and all applicable standard.  Assign Targets for accomplishments and ensure Targets are meet on Daily Basis for all Electrical Group at Site.  Quality Monitoring During execution.  Updating the Project Schedule Status to the Management.  Evaluating Proposals submitted by Subcontractors, making a Cost Comparison Documents and Recommending award of Contract accordingly.  Interfacing with Subcontractors for Work Plan/Progress/Material Planning.  Preparation of Bill of Material & daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Report. • Job Details:Project Details: 1. Call off Contract for Pilot Cable Fault Modification & Repair. Client: Qatar General Electricity & Water Authority (Distribution Department-ED) Project Cost: 20 Million QAR Contract no: GTC/810/2015 Role:  Analysis of Complete Scope of Work through Contract Document and preparing a procurement Schedule.  Complete Site Survey of Feeders and Locating faults on Low voltage & Pilot Cable.  Pinpointing Fault Location in direct Buried Cable & Pipe arrangements.  Co-ordinate with Client & Concern Authority to obtain necessary approval & Clearance.  Mobilization & Demobilization of Manpower, Machinery & testing Equipment from work site.  Preparation of Bill of Material & daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Report. 2. EPIC Project of 11KV Distribution System Up gradation in Dukhan Township. Client: Qatar Petroleum, (Oil & Gas) Consultant: Energo Project-Intel Project Cost: 112Million QR Contract no: GC14103300 Role:  Resource Planning based on the project implementation plans for project completion within the targeted project tenure.  Material Take off based on the Drawing and preparing a procurement schedule taking into consideration the project cash flow.  Project Planning, Technical/Material Approvals, Project Tracking & Monitoring, detailed Documentation, Resource management, Team motivation & Team Work, etc.  Prepare RFQ for issuing Subcontracts and recommend the best Fit Subcontractor for the job keeping cost Low.  Review of design & work of Consultant/Subcontractors.  Supervision of Electrical Installation of Electrical System (HV, LVCables, Street Lighting, Substations)  Monitor the Cable laying, Jointing & Termination of 33KV,11KV, LV, Fibre Optic, Pilot Cable, etc  Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Distribution Substation.  Monitor the site Construction/Installations of work of all relevant Engineering disciplines of assigned Construction Contracts and in Compliance the Scope of Work, Approved Engineering Standard & specifications.  Monitoring the Installation of HV Switchgear, LV switchgear, Transformers, Auxiliary Board,110V DC UPS system, Telecom System, HVAC System, Fire & Gas System  Execution of, MEP Work, (Installation of Trunking, Conduit, Wiring, Switch, sockets, Light Fixers, etc) Indoor &Outdoor Earthing, Structural Work (Fixing of Tray & Ladders) as per approved drawing.  Preparation of Site Modifications and obtaining Clearance from Design department.  Review & Finalize List of Material Submittals and coordinating & Obtaining approvals.  Evaluating the Quantity of Material Utilized and confirming with Drawings  Preparation of Method Statement, Red Line Mark Up Drawings.  Ensure and Follow Up Completion and Clearance of all Punch List Items.  Managing all Required Manpower & Machinery at site  Ensure QA/QC procedures to be implemented meticulously.  Orchestrate with staff to ensure all HSE guidelines, rules and regulations are adhered to and risks are avoided within the working Environment. Key Contributions:  Forecast requirement of Electrical Engineering resources and allocate those resource, Electrical Design Integrity of work scope & maintenance of Standard.  Verify and confirm BOQ, Prelims & other expenses in advance to avoid unwanted/Unaccounted Costs.  Reduce Internal Manpower costs by managing resource appropriately.
